Location is ideal, walking distance to Metromover, Bayside, AA Arena, Brickell City Centre, 20 minutes by car to South Beach or Key Biscayne. No parking, (Need to confirm rate) but building offers valet for $175 a month or you can self-park at Miami Tower Parking Garage for $150.
